We want you to be happy with what arrives. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Change of mind

Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This will be noted on the product page.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
